I learned about mold the hard way- a horrible exposure.

In 2013 I began having symptoms that made me think I had contracted Lyme disease: Fatigue, especially after trying to exercise. Sudden weight gain. Brain fog and memory issues. Abdominal bloating after each meal. Eventually I even had neurological trouble, like minor balance issues and developed a condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.


I treated myself in every way I knew how, which kept me functioning but did not give me back my former self. Finally I realized I had experienced a severe mold exposure from a hidden source. You see, mold is often not visible or obvious.


And as long as you're living or working in a moldy environment, you will not be able to heal properly. Once I realized the true source of my problems, I was able to handle my environment and my body.
